Zayn met Liv when she was interning for Simon on the X Factor for school. They clicked immediately and went on a few dates before finally calling it official. Zayn and Liv have had the most fights of any of the direction couples. She hates how he takes longer to get ready then her and how in interviews sometimes he acts like he doesn’t have a girlfriend. He claims it’s just to keep their fans hopes up since pretty much all of the band members have girlfriends already. Through it all thought they manage to stick it out because they know deep down they really do like each other a lot. He feels bad because he feels like he doesn’t appreciate her as much as he should, so on the tour he is planning on making it as special as he can for her. She deserves it for putting up with him the past year.

Danielle is probably the most hyper of the direction girls. She’s spunky and crazy and definitely not afraid to say whats on her mind. Everyone thinks that Danielle and Liam met because she was a dancer on X Factor. Surprisingly it’s not the case. Danielle and Liam have known each other almost since the band formed because she’s Louis’ cousin and they are super close. It’s funny to watch their relationship because Louis is protective of her like a big brother and anytime Liam starts to talk about her he’s usually shushed. Louis and Danielle have extremely similar personalities and are probably each others best friends.

Last year when One Direction was in the US for a month Yasmin made sure to get tickets and even saved up to by backstage passes. Good thing she did to, she got to meet the band and her and Niall clicked instantly. Lucky her she got a number and a date out of it. They dated the whole time he was in the US. But then the reality struck that he was going to have to go home. Both decided to try the long distance thing. For a full year they survived long distance, holding onto the fact that soon they would have a full year together. He flew over whenever he could randomly and then on her birthday. They skyped and called constantly. To be honest Yasmin couldn’t stand the relationship. She knew long distance was hard but this was really hard. She almost broke up with him on several accounts but then she realized that this was a once in a lifetime relationship. He was still cute, adorable Niall, even surprised her on her birthday by visiting. The only thing that kept her going was the fact that she would get to tour with them for almost a whole year.

Louis is the complete goof ball of the group. His goofy outgoingness evens out Eleanor’s shy side. The good thing about Louis is that he can be serious when he needs to be as well. He’s like the big brother of the direction family and all of the rest of the guys come to him with all sorts of advise. He was never used to being the oldest, but now he has all his friends asking him for advise? That fact was what made him decide he was the “leader”. Eleanor and Louis met in high school, I guess you could say they were high school sweet hearts. They’ve dated ever since their senor year and are still going strong. Now that Louis is famous Eleanor gets really insecure though. He keeps trying to reassure her that there wasn’t any fangirl out there that he wanted besides his biggest fan, her, but she still has issues with the whole concept.
